In this role, Richard leads Ingersoll Rand’s Process Flow Technologies business unit for North America, He has over 30 years of global experience in the industrial, engineering and technology fields with roles in the Americas and globally. Richard was most recently the Vice President of Product Management for the Industrial Technologies and Services Americas segment at Ingersoll Rand where he was responsible for driving product, go-to-market, and growth strategies across compressor, blower, and vacuum technologies.
Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand in 2008, Richard served as the Vice President of Engineering & Technical Services at Broadcast Electronics, where he drove their growth and improved their market position in the digital radio market.
Richard is a results-oriented leader with experience in voice of the customer, technology-driven products, channel and sales management, and customer service and support. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology in 1990 from the University of Central Missouri, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and holds patents in the Digital Signal Processing Space.
